The aim of the Practice is to provide high quality veterinary care for your pet who we recognise is a very important member of the family.

We hope that you will feel that the veterinary team and support staff are approachable and informal.  If you have any small problems to sort out or need some advice you are very welcome to phone or call in and speak to one of the support staff.

Leaving your pet at the hospital can be very stressful and traumatic.  We would suggest it is a good idea to discuss any worries with the veterinary surgeon the day before admission, rather than just turn up on the day.  You are very welcome to visit the wards and see where your pet will be staying.

For those patients that are likely to be hospitalised for some time we have a quiet room where you can spend some private time with your pet.
