There is no doubt that the provision of modern veterinary services is expensive. Unlike our colleagues in the medical profession we are unable to provide free health care. We have to manage the hospital in a profitable and efficient manner if we are to continue to serve you.
We do not run accounts so you will be expected to settle your bill at the time the service is provided. However we recognise that certain emergency medical procedures are unplanned and unexpected. If you think you will have a problem with payment please speak to the practice manager and we will try and reach some solution concerning payment.
We would strongly recommend that you take out pet health insurance.

On occasions there are misunderstandings between clients and ourselves which are often associated with different expectations.
We think these problems should be resolved impartially and as quickly as possible. If you have a complaint about our service then please speak or write to the managing partner who will endeavour to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
